| Details: | I returned a phone call from Robert, who updated me on Columbia Acres' water system's pH adjustment system after their water pH fell below the minimum level to 7.0 in January. Robert said that the system's corrosion control component's probe, to control the pH levels, had issues and they are currently working on fixing the issue. The probe with the corrosion control system is designed to detect when water pH falls below 7.2 and automatically injects a base (i.e. caustic soda) to make the water less corrosive/acidic. Robert says they are possibly getting a new replacement probe ordered to install on their treatment system. | ||
