| Details: | The 2023 Water System Survey for Kandi's Koffee South was sent to the operator, Donna Crist, on 2/24/2023 as well as Oregon DWS. Donna called me later and said that the cans of chemicals that were in the warehouse during the survey within 20 feet of the well have all been removed. |
