| Details: | I contacted the operator of this system and discussed the accumulation of violation points at this system appear to quantify them as a Priority Non-Complier. I reminded the system that collecting a routine total coliform/E. coli sample and a nitrate sample will return the system back to 0 violation points. I included a handout discussing proper sampling technique for routines and a coliform sampling plan template. |
