| Details: | I spoke with Lynn Russell, who called me with a question about a violation notice for their water system stating that they were late/nonreporting with sampling for Nitrate. I mentioned that the system is on a yearly sampling schedule for Nitrate, where one sample is required per year. Their 2022 sample was missed, however I mentioned that submitting one water sample to the lab to test for Nitrate should return them to compliance in that category (late/nonreporting). | ||
