| Details: | Bob called questioning violations for missing a coliform sample and nitrate sample because as an OVS he believed 8 quarterly coliform samples made TCR monitoring reduce to 1 per year and 3 annual NO3 samples with results under 5 mg/l reduced monitoring to one sample per 3 years. It was explained to qualify for 1 TC sample per year meant successful sampling with no coliform present over 8 consecutive quarters; and to qualify for 1 NO3 every 3 years meant sampling 3 years in a row with results under 5 mg/l. Discussed with diligent sampling and satisfactory results the earliest possible reduction for TC would be in 2025 and earliest possible reduction for NO3 would by 2026. |
