| Details: | FEMALE ANSWERED PHONE AND SHE TOOK MESSAGE FOR BECKY TO CALL ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICE BACK ASAP, REGARDING WATER SAMPLING. 11/29 Kim Tanner made a visit to K-R today to remind them about taking the three repeat samples and on triggered at the source. This was followed up by an email just now stating the requirements of three repeats, one triggered at source. If positive can then disinfect water system. |
