Details:	Mr Main reported called and reported being a owner of ocean pines park planned to find remedy for leaking concrete storage tank [with possibility to allow contaminants in via the same opening]. Intended to provide an expandable sealer wanting to continue making good use of the large tank. Hoping for positive outcome within 10 days rather than abandoning tank.
