| Details: | Positive coliform result for November routine sample. Visited store and discussed result with Herjinder Toor (owner). Mr. Toor stated the particulate filter probably needs to be changed and has scheduled a contractor to change with filter within the week. I informed Mr. Toor that a Level 1 investigation is now required because the system failed to submit the required repeat samples. I provided a copy the of Level 1 investigation form and instructed Mr. Toor to complete the form and mail to my home office. I informed Mr. Toor that 3 routine samples are required in December. Mr. Toor stated that a water lab conducts the monthly sampling and the lab is aware of the required 3 routine samples due in December. | ||
