| Details: | Monica called to follow up on a violation card received in the mail from OHA DWS. I explained the WS is required to routinely report an annual nitrate sample and quarterly coliform samples. The WS has multiple violations for non-reporting. I recommended she contact a testing lab and begin the monitoring. At her request, I also emailed her links to the WS's data online page. | ||
