| Details: | Corrosion Control violations The system did not send in their Entry Point (EP-A) corrosion control monthly reports for Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. David clarified that they made a mistake with the reporting form used during these two months. The daily entry point pH and Alkalinity results for 12/22 and 01/23 were reported on a Distribution form instead of the EP form. The system re-sent the results to DMCE using the correct EP-A form. No further actions needed at this time. |
