Details:	Survey deficiencies update 03.08.2023 Greg contacted me to discuss the corrective actions for the survey deficiencies still pending. A time extension was granted to correct all deficiencies. Next steps: By October 15, 2023, all membrane filtration deficiencies must be corrected. Changes to the existing treatment processes will require plan review approval. By May 12, 2023, the system must complete the following corrective actions: Provide evidence that pH, temperature and chlorine residual are measured daily at first user; Provide evidence that free chlorine residual is present in the distribution system and measured at least twice per week; provide evidence that turbidimeters are calibrated at least quarterly. 03.06.2023 Greg Montague, the new facilities manager, emailed me informing that he will submit the corrective action plan on March 10, 2023. Prior to submitting the action plan to DWS, Greg will have the plan reviewed and approved by his supervisor (Todd Neville) and their engineer (John Lulich). 03.02.2023 Dusting informed me that they knocked out the final repairs and tests are coming back absent of bacterial contamination. The system is currently online but not being used. They received some technical assistance from Quality Water on some of the issues they were having. Dustin is planning on having the water system operational and in good standing with DWS by April 1st. He also reported that they just hired a replacement to the Facilities position, Greg Montague. Greg's contact number was added to SDWIS. Next steps: Dustin’s plan is to work on getting the system’s deficiencies corrected. He will email me a corrective action plan within the next couple weeks.
