| Details: | Spoke to Andy regarding missed source sample for well AA. Well AA has been offline since late august of 2022 due to the casing having rust. The lab can resubmit the SRC-AB sample as assessment and not routine - to the state and that will take the violation for AB off and return it to compliance. As for well AA - once its fixed and assessment samples taken and submitted to the state - the violation will RTC |
