| Details: | I returned a phone call from Paul Klindt (received 2/28/23). Paul reported that he had received a notice from OHA-DWS notifying him of a violation. We discussed the outstanding M&R violations and why violation notices have not been sent out previously. We discussed the potential construction deficiencies at the Spring source (from our observations in 2010). We also discussed current population levels (20 residents), and the number of houses served by the system (6-connections). | ||
