Details:	Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the recent total coliform positive sample result that was taken as a source water assessment. We also discussed the missed 4th quarter coliform sample from last year. Operator has already submitted their first quarter coliform for 2023. Discussed requirement for annual nitrate as well as continuation of quarterly coliform sampling.
