Details:	Emailed Robert to inform him that Cold Springs has received another violation for no January GWR. I also informed him that February GWR has not been submitted as well. I asked him to submit the monthly groundwater reports by the 10th every month to avoid further violations. The system score for Cold Springs is currently 16, Robert was informed that enforcement could happen again if they stay above 10.
