I notified the system that their current violations can be returned to compliance by:
Taking the first quarter routine sample. (total coliform/E. coli from distribution)
Taking an annual nitrate sample from entry point A (after any treatement)
Taking an annual source assessment sample from the wellhead (total coliform/E. coli)
