| Details: | I contacted Mr. Martins regarding the total coliform positive samples taken 3/14/23. He indicated that in his opinion the most likely cause was a change in groundwater based on observations of recent slime formation at a filter. He is aware that 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered are required as soon as possible or by 3/17/23. I will be conducting a level 2 investigation on 3/21/23 for this system. |
