| Details: | I completed the Disinfection Verification form for Western Hills based on the information provided to me by Robert Trotter, which was submitted to DWS. I also forwarded Robert the letter and compliance monitoring form to record chlorine levels. I was told that the listed contact, Scott, is no longer a contact for Western Hills. I emailed Boa Vida, the California investment company that purchased Western Hills and requested the name, contact information and mailing address for the current main contact for Western Hills MH Estates. Robert covers the operations of the system locally with Hiland Water. |
