| Details: | I contacted the owner of the firm to discuss the violations accruing regarding the lack of coliform and Nitrate sampling at the system. I relayed that the system needs to conduct a yearly source water assessment coliform sample, a monthly coliform sample, and a quarterly Nitrate sample. The owner assured that he would make sure the parameters were sampled as soon as possible. | ||
