| Details: | Phone ocntact with operator. Nitrate: discussed yearly nitrate sampling and to return to compliance system sampled nitrate in 2023. Sample is ND and no further action is needed. Bacterial Sampling: system sampled in January, but did not sample in February, repeat samples were taken in march and were past the time allot for repeat sampling. Discussed sampling procedures wiht the system, conducted level 2 investigation and required system to complete and update coliform sampling plan. Will follow up if needed for future bacterial sampling |
