| Details: | Routine coliform 3/21/21 TC+. Called and Emailed Amanda and Jerry to remind to take 3 repeat samples (one from each of the 3 dedicated sample stations) and one triggered source sample. Called Umpqua lab 3/23/23 and they said all 4 samples had just been dropped of about 9am. Results will dictate further action, but if the routine is confirmed by any positive repeats/triggered, the system may be required to install disinfection as it would be the 3rd confirmed TC within 12 months. Confirmed TC+ 9/22/22 and 1/20/23. | ||
