| Details: | Spoke with Scott today about completing significant deficiencies and how NCPHD can help accomplish them. I will be writing an email and including templates for them to make the corrections. I also instructed him to contact Civil West Engineering for 10 hours of free circuit rider assistance to offer support in their cross connections and discovering backflows in the system. I also instructed Scott to reach out to a certified backflow specialist to have what backflows the system has tested and submit the annual summary report. A coliform sampling plan template was included in the email, along with an O&M guide. Deficiencies need to be corrected or have a plan by 4/12/23 for extension. | ||
