| Details: | I spoke with Robert Trotter regarding Columbia Acres Water Association's recent Nitrate water sample results of 5 mg/L, which is one-half of the MCL for Nitrate (10 mg/L); therefore a confirmation sample is not required at this time but the system is to continue on a Quarterly sampling schedule for Nitrate. We also discussed that if an annual review shows that the system’s water can be reliably and consistently below ½ the MCL, the system may then return to annual monitoring for Nitrate at that point. I sent Robert a follow up email with these details. |
