| Details: | Jeff called to discuss the letter (notice of failure to correct significant deficiencies) sent from DWS to Paradise Moorage regarding their water system not having 3 documents submitted: Coliform Sampling Plan, Annual Summary Report (Cross Connection) and Cross Connection Ordinance or Enabling Authority. I called Jeff back and we discussed the documents needed; I emailed Jeff the template for the 2022 Annual Summary Report, and he said he would have that finished and have the 3 documents forwarded to me, likely by tomorrow or so. |
