| Details: | Mike Stone returned my call to discuss the letter (notice of failure to correct significant deficiencies) sent from DWS to Columbia Hills HOA regarding their water system not having a document submitted: Cross Connection Ordinance or Enabling Authority. I then emailed Mike the template for that document. We also scheduled the Water System Survey for Columbia Hills HOA as well. Note: this system is in the process of combining this main system with the OVS-Oregon Very Small system, Columbia Hills HOA - Upper #41-06211. | ||
