| Details: | I called Mark McCuddy to discuss the letter (notice of failure to correct significant deficiencies) sent from DWS to McCuddy's Landing regarding their water system not having 3 documents submitted: Consumer Confidence Report, Annual Summary Report (Cross Connection) and Cross Connection Ordinance or Enabling Authority. Mark McCuddy mentioned that Mark Anderson is the one who is working on these documents. I then emailed Mark Anderson the templates/instructions for those 3 documents listed above for reference in completing the documents. |
