| Details: | The Carlton Panther Creek TP was down and system was purchasing 100% of the system’s water from MW&L (00497). This situation is described in this Contact Report (https://yourwater.oregon.gov/cr-detail.php?crisn=7988). The Carlton Panther Creek TP went back online on 3/13/23. DWS Staff informed system of the following: 1) TP inspection should be scheduled in 2023, 2) nitrate, VOCs and SOCs are on annual schedules and should be sampled by 12/31/23. Eligibility for a SOC monitoring reduction will be determined based on results from 2023 sample collection. 3) System is required to conduct two 6-month rounds of LCR tap sampling (n = 20 sites). |
