| Details: | Survey corrective actions update: 11.21.2023-Kevin sent a photo of the calibration log for the turbidimeters. The last calibration was on 11.20.2023. 11.13.2023-I contacted the water system to get an update on the status of the pending survey deficiencies. Kevin Gleason is the new contact for the water system. Lenny was the previous contact for this water system. He is no longer employed by the water system. Kevin will follow up with the corrective actions needed to address the survey deficiencies related to the turbidimeter calibration and NTU profiles. Kevin may need technical assistance conducting the NTU profiles. 03.30.2023-Crystal Figura, Langlois Water District Clerk, provided a copy of the operator's protocol and coliform sampling plan. Pending deficiencies: - Turbidimeter not calibrated at least quarterly - Turbidity profiles not conducted on individual filters at least quarterly Nex steps: address pending deficiencies. |
