| Details: | Yesterday I attempted to contact the owner by phone. I left a message with staff and did not get a response. This morning, I sent an email to the operator explaining that they are on quarterly nitrate sampling and they have missed two consecutive quarters of sampling. I urged the operator to take a nitrate sample immediately as we are at the end of the 1st quarter of 2023 and the facility risks being listed as a priority non complier. | ||
