| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The City Manager was concerned because of reporting inconsistencies of operators. She requested assistance in reviewing the system and assessing reporting practices for the water system. Assistance Provided: Visited the City and met with City Manager, PW Superintendent, and Water System Operator. Toured the water plant and reviewed reporting procedures and practices. Wrote an assessment report documenting findings and providing recommendation on water quality reporting. Follow-Up Actions Needed: None.
