| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: System needs help with WQP sampling after a lead excursion. Assistance Provided: Dan Vaage visited the site to discuss WQP sampling protocol with Jim and Greg. Since the site visit, there has been ongoing support in the form of email/phone conversations with both Jim and Derrick from Linn County health to guide Shorewood Estates through the L&C/WQP sampling/testing procedure. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can assist further as needed. In the event of another lead excursion, the system will need to designate a corrosion control method.
