Details: Background/Problem Identification:

The circuit rider was contacted by Jamie Craig of Tillamook County to further assist with a copper exceedance at Hebo Joint Water & Sanitary Auth (HJWSA).

Assistance Provided:

The circuit rider assumed that Jamie had requested further assistance with the HJWSA water system. The circuit rider reached out to the water system operator and determined that the operator did not need further assistance and confirmed with Jamie that she was referring to the original support effort that had already been resolved.

Follow-Up Actions Needed:

The circuit rider is available to assist further as needed.
