| Details: | This system became inactive after learning from Solomon Panitz in a phone conversation that no one was living in these three cabins. I told him at that time that, I would inactivate the system and that he no longer was required to submit samples. I have not been contacted by any person affiliated with this system regarding reactivation. I did attempt a phone call today, using the number listed. No one answered and a voice message system was not set up. I did contact the lab to ask why an inactive system sample was submitted. |
