| Details: | DWS staff reached out to the system about the submitted October 2022 SWTR. DWS staff spoke with the system on the phone and requested an Amended October 2022 SWTR and an email outlining the following errors: • System failed to enter Day 1 and Day 2 turbidity data into the submitted electronic Excel/PDF report but the data were recorded on their field sheet (picture attached in email). • Day 30’s chlorine residual was a typo (decimal place error). Consequently, the system met CT each day in October of 2022. |
