| Details: | Received corrections for some survey deficiencies on 4/6/23. A copy of enabling authority, 2022 annual summary report, coliform sampling plan, and 2022 lead and copper samples provided. Also sent verification that emergency response plan has been created. Awaiting corrections on remaining deficiencies, 90 day extension granted due date is July 17, 2023. As of 5/2/23 operations and maintenance manual has been completed and verification of chlorine residuals twice weekly have been provided. CCR and DRC have been submitted as if 7/717/23. All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
