| Details: | I spoke with Glenn Cloyd by phone and email today regarding the final remaining significant deficiency from the May 2023 water system survey at Northwest Hazelnut Company. The system still lacks a recognized operator with the small water system operators certification. Glenn has attended the class, passed the exam and had been working on the application. Shortly after our phone call Glenn was able to complete the application and cc'd me on its submission. Once Drinking Water Services process the application I will note the deficiency as corrected. |
