| Details: | I made no contact prior to this report. There was a deficiency for no assessment monitoring for coliform during the 2022 survey. Review of current monitoring shows these samples were taken on 9/7/22 following the survey. I will be marking this deficiency as resolved as of 9/7/22 and informing DWS this has been completed. | ||
