| Details: | Called Daniel at 3:26pm on 4/12/23. Left a voicemail telling Daniel that we received a non-reporting violation for the monthly routine coliform sample for the month of March. Reminded Daniel that he is on a monthly coliform sample and due to this violation, has been returned to Priority Non-complier status. Reminded Daniel that the E.coli violation will not RTC until he gets two consecutive monthly samples in and free of coliform. Told Daniel to get in that routine coliform sample as soon as possible. Reiterated the same information at 3:52pm via email. |
