| Details: | Ty reported that they are still purchasing chloraminated water from CBNB. Due to the cost of hauling water, Bob Belloni management is interested in getting the plant back online. The idea of improving the treatment by installing membrane pre-filters has been delayed. I advised Ty to contact DWS circuit rider for assistance. Civil West assistance would focus on helping Ty identify the optimal coagulation for the treatment and find out why he is getting high readings of chloramine residual in the CBNB water. Ty stated that he is measuring chloramine residual using a Total chlorine DPD reagent and the chlorine analyzer is set on high Range. | ||
