| Details: | Spoke with Chad, directed him to check the letter sent to him by the State DWP. Reiterated that he missed samples for the last quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023. Stated that in order to prevent the system from going on monthly sampling they must take make-up samples for the missed month and take the normal quarterly sample. I instructed him to follow the directions in the letter sent by DWP. |
