| Details: | The system was out of compliance for both entry point minimum chlorine residual and meeting CT in both January and February of 2023. In February and March, DWS Staff reached out to the system with support and guidance on the following topics: updating system contact information (new Maintenance Director), the monthly reporting deadline, EPA Table usage and CT calculations and PN requirements. System notified DWS staff of recent staffing changes and stated the chlorine dosing pump had an inadequate amount of solution to draw from for several weeks and consequently chlorine residuals dropped. The tank storing the chlorine solution was replenished and protocols have been put in place to check the chlorine solution levels in the dosing tank every day the system is in operation. The March 2023 SWTR was submitted on time and system met CT and the minimum chlorine residual. Consequently, the 4 violations RTC. | ||
