| Details: | Sent email to Chris Horesky, water system operator, about the letter he received from OHA Drinking Water Services regarding the failure to submit two consecutive quarterly coliform samples. I gave instruction of what needs t be done to avoid going to monthly coliform sampling. (Collect a make-up sample by the end of April and a normal quarterly sample before June 30th.) | ||
