| Details: | Mr. Irwin and I met in my office to review the recent total coliform positive sample. We reviewed the repeat process for OVS systems as well as other sampling requirements. We also discussed operations, sampling protocol, and treatment options for elevated historic nitrate results at this system. I will inspect this system on this day to assist this new operator in all operations. |
