Details: In reviewing the nitrate sample results online, it was noticed that there were two nitrate samples submitted on the same date, 4/11/23. The lab has been contracted to collect the required public water samples. I reached out to lab personnel for confirmation on this situation. It was confirmed that the person who collected the samples did so from the each well, not from the Entry Point(EP).
OHA-DWS/Compliance will be contacted by lab personnel, with this revelation and a nitrate sample will be taken from the EP, ASAP.
