| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The circuit rider was contacted by Eastgate Vet Clinic to assist with performing a 4.0-log disinfection verification as part of their plan review requirements for their new contact tank. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider was working to complete a CT Study with the water system. As part of system upgrades, a new baffled contact tank was purchased to ensure adequate contact time. OHA required that the new tank go through “disinfection” plan review for the new tank. The circuit rider was asked by the system to assist with filling out a 4-log disinfection verification for said plan review. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist with completion of the CT study once the tank is installed and passes plan review.
