| Details: | Emailed Scott to follow up on our previous conversation to collect lead and copper samples at 20 residential sites or submit plans to install corrosion control treatment for the lead AL exceedance in 2020. See 3-2-23 contact report. Requested results if samples were collected. Informed him the lack of sampling or installation of corrosion control treatment by 3-31-23 has been referred to formal enforcement. Also informed him the due date to respond to deficiencies identified during the water system survey were due by 3-29-23. Provided copy of survey letter and offered assistance and resource materials.
