| Details: | This water system's coliform sample, collected the same day as the water system survey, came back as positive. I called Mike Stone and said that since Columbia Hills HOA - Upper is still an OVS - Oregon Very Small system, one repeat distribution sample collected at the same or nearby location within 10 days is required, as well as one sample from each of the active wells. Mike says well #6 is inactive so the two active wells are #11 (new well) and #8. Mike added that there is a leak in the line going up to the Reservoir which could have influenced the results, and added that David is aware and taking care of the repeat/triggered source sample collection in the next day or so. |
