| Details: | Richard called to say the repeat samples came back positive for coliform. We talked about possible temporary sources of contamination. I mailed Richard a copy of the Level 1 investigation. He is going to go through it and then return to me with the corrective action they are taking. They will collect 3 TR in December. | ||
