| Details: | Spoke with Mrs. Howton about the uncorrected rule violations cited on the 12/16/2021 Water System Survey. Her responses were as follow: 1.) She was able to locate the ERP and is in the process of updating it. Regulator marked this rule violation as resolved 2.) Tabetha is still pursuing WD-1 certification. They are now trying to temporarily contract with a DRC who meets WD-1 certification 3.) Mrs. Howton is looking into seeing if their drinking water lab offers services for CCRs. The due date was revised to 06/30/2023 for the 2022 CCR |
