| Details: | After the notification that Columbia Hills HOA - Upper system's Repeat water sample came back as positive for total coliform, I called and left a message for Mike Stone stating that since the system is on a Quarterly sampling schedule, 3 Routine total coliform distribution water samples will be required next month, in May. I also requested that the system complete a Level 1 Coliform Investigation to identify what might be the recurring issue, particularly for reference when combining with the main system. I then forwarded these requests in writing to Mike via email and attached the Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist form. |
